It's those things we know are memorable that the creative marketer tries to craft in executing work. It's the same in broadcast, print, radio, digital, mobile and all of the other ways we can communicate.
It's the memorable experiences of customer education and employee training resulting in a positive brand affinity and loyalty on one hand, and improve perceived service quality and customer satisfaction on the other.
